Admission standard
There is no invented pageview minimum. Fit is determined through ownership, content, traffic and placement evidence.

Analytics access or exports, source mix, geography, invalid-traffic history and disclosure of paid acquisition.
Consent/notice implementation, category blocks, refresh choices, ad-density limits and a grievance path.
No forced redirects, paid-traffic arbitrage, auto-refresh without policy, incentivized clicks or misleading UI.
No undeclared intermediaries. Relationship declarations must match ads.txt, sellers.json and transaction records.
Pilot integration
The launch tag requests only the page context needed for a contextual decision and renders disclosed text/image native creative with DOM APIs.

The proposed pilot share is 75% of finalized gross media spend attributable to the publisher’s inventory, paid net-30 after quality finalization and required tax documentation.
No guarantees at launch. No onboarding fee. Any verification or adjustment must appear as a separate report line and follow the signed agreement.

Raw event definitions and the dispute window are part of the contract, not changeable dashboard copy.
Founding supply cohort
