Creative and landing-page rules
Creative must identify the sponsor, match its landing page, disclose material conditions and avoid clickbait. Landing pages must load, describe the offer accurately, provide a privacy contact and not collect more data than the stated purpose requires.
Publisher rules
Publishers must own or be authorized to sell each property, maintain truthful supply declarations, keep ad density and refresh within the agreed placement, and surface a grievance route. We may request analytics, source and ownership evidence before or during a pilot.
Review and enforcement
We may request changes, reject, pause, remove or permanently block a campaign, creative, publisher or traffic source. Serious incidents trigger a kill switch, evidence preservation, partner notification and a documented review. Appeals should include the campaign or placement ID and the corrective evidence.
